Any one who is keen on weight management and below 18 years of age should seek help from us through their parent(s)/guardian(s).You will still be able to come for consultations or join a specialist plan as long as you have a parent/guardian with you.

We do not currently offer a weight management plan for women who are pregnant.

However, you can join the plan after pregnancy. Most women struggle to lose weight after pregnancy. Weight management during pregnancy should be closely monitored to assess your progress through pregnancy and the baby’s well being. Your General practitioner, midwife or obstetrician should monitor your weight.

You will find excellent resources for weight management before, during and after pregnancy in www.simplyweight.in. Please register to get all the information you need. Any changes you wish to adopt should be done only after consultation with your doctor and/or midwife.
