All patients start their journey with an initial consultation with a medical specialist.

This involves a holistic and comprehensive assessment of their weight, weight loss history, sleeping and eating habits, environmental influences, potential underlying cause(s) of weight gain and related medical conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, menopause, erectile dysfunction, sleep apnoea and other hormonal conditions. 

We also offer non-weight related diabetes and endocrine consultations.

Consultation fees do not include any investigations or blood tests that may be requested at the discretion of the specialist.

Following your initial consultation, the team will determine your suitability for one of our Bespoke Weight Management Plans, if you wish to join one. The Plan(s) offered will be appropriate for your needs and usually involves 3 months of intensive support from a specialist team to help you achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss. During our Plans, we also seek to address weight-related conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian disorder (PCOD), infertility, menopause, erectile dysfunction and many others.

All consultation payments must be processed within 48 hours of booking. We will only be able to hold your reservation for 48 hours and then it may be given to someone else who is waiting. Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund any cancellations made after this time.

Please note that our cancellation and payment policies apply to virtual consultations too.

Insurance – We do accept patients with insurance coverage. However, not all insurance providers will cover the full cost and currently most do not support weight loss plans.
