Hi! It’s Kripa here. I completed my undergraduate degree in food science and management from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women and my master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. I am well versed in all non-communicable disease complications as they relate to food and nutrition. I have experience creating awareness about all the nutritional issues in community nutrition as well as menu planning, counselling, and addressing all non-communicable diseases, such as PCOS, liver disorders, diabetes, hypertension, critical care nutrition, food allergies, and inherited metabolic conditions in paediatrics. I like being up to date on the most recent trends and research in nutrition. I like exploring various dietary customs and cultural backgrounds.
