Diabetes, PCOD, Infertility, Hypothyroidism and other complex issues. Our team of experts have decades of
collective experience in their fields, with each individual bringing their own unique touch to enhance patient
care. Whether a patient is seeking occasional guidance or intensive ongoing support, we will support them.

care. Whether a patient is seeking occasional guidance or intensive ongoing support, we will support them.
Our affiliates are each given a digital card which will have a code that is unique to them. We may switch your card occasionally for security reasons.
All you have to do is share your card with your users/followers through your promotional activities. When they visit our clinic and book for the first time, they simply have to electronically send us a copy of your card with a unique code.
We will then attribute this new patient to you in our affiliate tracker.
Affiliates earn a one-time 10% commission for each new patient they refer to our clinic. The 10%
commission can be earned on their first consultation,Which can be for:
An additional 5% commission can be earned if the new patient joins one of our Bespoke Weight
Management Plan within 30 days of their initial consultation. The patient must have come for an
initial weight management consultation, not diabetes or endocrine, before they can join a
Bespoke Plan. A commission applies only to the first time the patient joins a Bespoke Plan.
These plans are of higher value so a 5% commission can be substantial.
Affiliates move to this tier once they have reached 10 or more new patient bookings. In Tier2, affiliates earn a one-time commission of 12% for each new patient they refer to our clinic.The 12%commission can be earned on their first consultation (same process as Tier 1).
The additional 5% commission on first time Bespoke Plans applies to Tier 2 (same process
as Tier 1).
Affiliates move to this tier once they have reached 30 or more new patient bookings. In
Tier 3, affiliates earn a one-time commission of 15% for each new patient they refer to
our clinic. The 15% commission can be earned on their first consultation (same
process as Tiers above).
The additional 5% commission on first time Bespoke Plans applies to Tier 3 (same
process as Tiers above).
Affiliates move to this tier once they have reached 50 or more new patient bookings. In Tier 4,affiliates earn a one-time commission of 18% for each new patient they refer to our clinic. The
18% commission can be earned on their first consultation (same process as Tiers above).
An additional 7% commission on first time Bespoke Plans applies to Tier 4 (same process
as Tiers above)
Affiliates move to this tier once they have reached 100 or more new patient
bookings. In Tier 5, affiliates earn a one-time commission of 20% for each new
patient they refer to our clinic. The 20% commission can be earned on their first
consultation (same process as Tiers above).
An additional 10% commission on first time Bespoke Plans applies to Tier 5
(same process as Tiers above).
Please note that commissions to initial consultations and the first time a patient joins a Bespoke Plan. Other services are not part of the programme. These exempt services include, but are not limited to: health checkups, aesthetic treatments or investigative tests, blocks of consultations to follow-up consultations.
