This sweet and tangy peach lemonade is the ultimate summer refreshment. Perfectly balanced with the juiciness of ripe peaches and a zesty lemon kick, it is a simple yet delicious way to cool down on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • Fresh peaches – 2 large
  • Lemon juice – ¼ cup (60 ml)
  • Water – 2 cups (500 ml)
  • Maple syrup or agave syrup – 2 tbsp
  • Ice – As needed
  • Fresh mint leaves – A few sprigs
  • Lemon slices – 2 no.

 

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the peaches. Add them to a blender with fresh lemon juice, chilled water, and maple syrup.
  • Blend until smooth. If the lemonade is too thick, add more water to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness with more maple syrup or agave, if necessary. For an extra citrus kick, you can add more lemon juice.
  • Pour the lemonade into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.

  • You can make this lemonade with frozen peaches for a slushier version. Simply blend the frozen fruit with water and skip the ice.
  • If you prefer a less sweet version, reduce the amount of sweetener or leave it out entirely, as the peaches already add natural sweetness.
